I prefer to work on a per project basis.
This helps both of us because it clarifies immediately how much will be spent. No need to count the hours or worry that I’m taking too long to do something. It also incentivizes me to finish as soon as possible, unlike working on a per hour basis.
That said, my minimum level of engagement is USD300 for a one-page website development project. (This does not include design.) This can go up to USD800 for a 5-page website.
The rate will vary according to the complexity of the project.

Since I'm planning on focusing more on building instead of designing websites, my process would be:
1. Get the design file (e.g. Figma, PSD, or AI) and other necessary assets from the designer.
2. Build the home page.
3. Get the home page reviewed and approved. (This ensures that we're both on the same page.)
4. Once approved, finish the rest of the site.
5. Check for revisions, get approval, and hand over the website.

I accept payments via Wise.
My usual payment schedule is 50% down payment and 50% upon completion. If this doesn’t work for you, we can always negotiate a more suitable one.
